   Chunks of flank steak marinated in Chu's peppery lemongrass soy seasoning.

2. Jing Jiang Black Bean Mushrooms 11

   Shitake, Enoki and Oyster mushrooms sauteed in a minced Jing Jiang black bean garlic wine sauce.

3. Orange Spice Lamb 14

   Chunks of leg of lamb stir fried in garlic, ginger and onions in our house spicy Hunan style orange spice mix. Served on a hot iron plate.
